Hi all

We've had a diesel forester since the end of August 2010 and it's done over 13,000 km already.

Overall, we've been very happy with the car, with just a couple of little niggles like rattles in the rear and occasional variable throttle response. Fuel economy is good, although not as good as the published figures, which aren't exactly real world.

What sort of mileage are you seeing, and what kind of driving conditions do you generally deal with?

Also, curious as to the recommended service intervals for oil, air filter, trans fluid, etc...if you know and care to share.
